Video Frame Extractor

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Processing a file locally is different from processing website visit data. This policy explains both, what changes when advertising is enabled, and your choices.

1. Scope and contact

This policy applies to Video Frame Extractor at video-frame-extractor.guoguo-labs.online, operated by BestGuo2020. For privacy questions or data requests, email bestguo2020@foxmail.com.

If you email us, we receive your email address and message to respond to your request. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

2. Your images and videos

Files you select are read by your browser on your device. Applicable cropping, splitting, background removal, video decoding, frame extraction and packaging operations run locally. The tool has no upload endpoint for these files and does not send original files, outputs or file contents to hosting, analytics or advertising services.

If you choose to import from a Bilibili link, our same-origin resolver requests the video stream from Bilibili on your behalf and relays it to your browser. The video is not stored as a file on our servers, but the request passes through our server and Bilibili’s infrastructure; Bilibili’s handling of that request is governed by its own privacy policy. Files you select locally are still read only on your device.

Files and results for the active processing session are held in page memory. Resetting or closing the page ends that session. Files you choose to download are saved by your browser to your device and remain under your control.

3. Hosting and visitor analytics

Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and security. To serve requests and protect the site, these services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested URLs, referring pages, request times, and error or performance information. This is separate from uploading your images or videos.

If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it measures page visits and loading performance without analytics cookies or tracking individuals across websites. This does not mean hosting services receive no network request data. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Web Analytics documentation.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and usage. It uses analytics cookies and processes page URLs, referrers, browser and device information, and visit events. We do not send your selected local files or their contents through the analytics code. You can restrict or delete analytics cookies in your browser. See the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The tool uses localStorage to remember your language preference. You can clear site storage in your browser to reset that preference. Cloudflare security features may also use necessary cookies when enabled.

Local file processing does not require advertising cookies. If enabled, third-party advertising may use cookies, local storage, web beacons or other identifiers.

5. Google advertising, when enabled

This version does not load Google AdSense ad code. The following describes data use if Google AdSense is enabled later; this policy will be updated when services are activated or changed.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve personalized ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.

Google and other participating third-party advertising networks may use their own cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, browser or device identifiers, page visits, ad impressions and clicks for ad delivery, personalization where permitted, measurement and invalid traffic prevention.

See How Google uses data from partner sites and the Google Privacy Policy. Other participating vendors and their websites can be found through Google's certified third-party advertising vendors information.

6. Advertising and consent choices

Manage or opt out of Google personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings (My Ad Center). You can also opt out of personalized advertising by some third-party vendors through AboutAds choices or consult each vendor's website for its opt-out options. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily stop ads.

You can restrict or delete cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking ads does not disable local file processing; blocking cookies may affect third-party services or preferences.

Personalized ads for users in the EEA, UK or Switzerland require applicable consent through a consent management interface meeting Google's requirements when the related advertising technologies are enabled, including choices to refuse or withdraw consent. Those technologies are not enabled in this version. This policy and the opt-out links above do not replace a required consent interface.

7. Retention and policy updates

Language preferences remain until you clear site storage. Downloaded files remain until you delete them on your device; the site has no server copy. Contact emails are retained as needed to handle requests; you can email us to request deletion of correspondence.

Hosting, security and advertising providers describe retention periods and international processing in their own policies. Contact us about applicable requests to access, correct or delete data; requests concerning data independently processed by third parties can also be made through their privacy channels.

We update this page and its date when services or data practices change.
